Drake ft Rihanna – Take Care (Cover)
After a long silence I have finally done another video! It felt so good singing again! Since coming home from holiday I had really struggled to find a song I wanted to cover. So I turned to My Facebook Page and asked my fans for ideas! Nick from Pimppalacecustoms sent me a link of Florence and the Machine covering “Take Care” By Drake Ft Rihanna which is from Drake’s new album “Take Care”. I had already heard the original version and I already loved it, but never thought I could cover it because of the large amount of rapping involved. But once I had heard the Florence version I figured if she can do it then so can I!!

So after a LOT of attempts I managed to make my way through the song and I get all the words in too! I really enjoyed doing this because it was HARD WORK! If you haven’t already listened to Drakes new album, you really should it is full of great songs! You can purchase it HERE

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly of You Tube
I have been uploading videos of me singing onto You Tube for just over a year now and it has been a bit of a roller coaster ride to say the least! When I decided to start doing these videos I had never really thought about the kind of reaction I would get from people, I was really just doing it because I enjoy singing.
Some people are super supportive and some people are just down right horrible it leaves me speechless! Not to say I wasn’t aware that people can be pretty mean with their comments on You Tube, but it really is quite a different experience when those mean comments are directed straight at you.
One thing I really have noticed is the people that leave horrible comments are the people that have never uploaded any videos onto You Tube. You don’t realize how vulnerable you are until you are out there on the internet for the world to see.
So next time you are on You Tube or even on someones Blog and there is something you don’t like, stop and think about what your really achieving by writing your “bitchy” comment. Being a negative person will NOT get you far in life. Plus how would you feel if someone said something horrible to you about something you have worked hard on and enjoy.
Lastly I would like to say a HUGE thank you to all the wonderful people out there that do enjoy my videos and leave such supportive comments. I really do appreciate it

Use Somebody – Kings of Leon (Pixie Lott Version)
I was surfing the tube and stumbled on this song by accident. I have always loved the original version by Kings of Leon, but Pixie Lott’s voice is amazing and gives the song a really unique sound.
This song actually took me quite a few takes! It was much harder than I thought it would be! Sometimes the songs you think are going to be easy to cover always turn out to be the hardest!
