The Moment You Think Your Life Is Over
So I have been selling the iPhone for about 3 years now. And believe me I have sold a fair few iPhones
I am a bit of a self proclaimed Apple geek so I thought I would share a few easy tips on how to fix basic issue you may come across with your iPhone.
The first thing you have to understand is that your iPhone does 90% of what your computer or laptop does but is about 1/20th of the size. So like your computer when it starts doing something odd generally turning if off to give it a bit of a rest fixes it! Well guess what – the iPhone is exactly the same
Giving the phone a “reboot” can fix sooooo many basic issues that come about from the phone not getting a rest.
These basic issues can be things like:
- Not sliding to unlock or not sliding to answer a call
- Apps crashing or shutting themselves down
- Your camera roll being stuck up under than Albums title so you can’t open it
- Apps not updating of loading
- Facebook App freezing or not loading up
- Phone freezing
To do this “reboot” you need to:
1. Hold the centre “home” button and the lock key on the top right hand side of the phone down together.

2. Continue to hold these two buttons down together PAST the “side to power off screen”.

3. The screen will go black – continue holding these two buttons down.

4. Once the Apple logo pops up on the screen you can then let go of the two buttons.

The iPhone is running soooo much software and running heaps of apps that it needs a break every now and then, just like any piece of technology! It is good to do this reboot every few weeks to keep the phone running smoothly
Please bare in mind that doing this will also work for the iPad and iTouch
Now that you have seen this this maybe it would be a good time to give your computer, laptop, cellphone (smartphone or not), iPad, TV, Playstation a quick turn off/reboot to give it’s brains a bit of a rest
